Online Application Instructions:

  1. Fill out the LIHEAP application completely
  2. Save the completed application to where you save your documents
  3. Send the completed application and required documents to the following email address: [email protected] All documents must be attached and in a PDF format.

You may print the application and the required documents and drop them off or mail the information to our office at 1617 South Zero.
